Playbook Workshop

Your whole offense, in one playbook

Playbook Workshop interface

Problem

An offensive coordinator’s playbook lives in a mess of hand-drawn cards, a slideshow that takes an hour to edit, and a wristband that’s out of date by Thursday. Drawing a clean play means fighting a generic graphics tool that knows nothing about formations, routes, or motion. There’s no fast way to see a concept actually move, and no organized way to call the right play by down and distance when the work is scattered across a dozen files.

Build

Playbook Workshop is a play-design studio built for the field. Coaches draw routes, blocking, and motions on a real field with tools that understand football, animate a concept to see how it develops, and organize plays so they’re callable by down and distance. It ships with a 150+ play starter library so a new user isn’t staring at a blank field, and AI play generation turns a plain-English description into a drawn play. The web app is the live, sellable surface today; the iOS build is in progress.

Outcome

The web app is live in production at playbookworkshop.app. A coach can design a concept, watch it animate, build out a situational call sheet, and pull from a real starter library instead of redrawing everything from scratch — with AI turning a sentence into a play to skip the tedious part. The iOS version is in progress and not yet for sale; the web surface is where the product ships today.
