Problem
The Dream Manager program is a proven engagement methodology, but in most companies it runs on paper worksheets, scattered notebooks, and the memory of whoever facilitates it. There’s no shared place for a Dreamer to work through their sessions, and no way for an owner or People leader to see whether the program is actually moving — who’s engaged, who’s stalled, where momentum is being lost. Without a system, a good methodology stays a binder on a shelf after the first quarter.
Build
DreamCompass operationalizes the licensed program across web, iOS, and Android from a single Capacitor codebase. Dreamers work through 12 structured sessions in the app; owners and People leaders get tooling to invite Dreamers and track momentum across the group. Scheduled lifecycle email keeps participants moving between sessions instead of going quiet. Billing runs through Stripe on the web and RevenueCat on mobile, with the methodology itself built and operated under license from Floyd Consulting.
Outcome
Live in production across all three platforms from one codebase. A company can roll the Dream Manager program out digitally, hand each participant the 12 sessions on whatever device they carry, and give the owner a real read on engagement instead of a guess. The lifecycle email keeps the program warm between touchpoints, which is exactly where paper-based versions tend to stall.
